3) For you to buy HB herbal cream, the payment must be made prior to dispatch, we accept credit/debit cards and payment through paypal. All prices are in sterling, inclusive of VAT, exclusive of delivery charges. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time.

4) We always try to offer a fast and efficient service to dispatch all in-stock orders. If any items are out of stock; you will be notified and given the opportunity to amend or cancel your order. Your order will be sent first class with royal mail, delivery will take 2-5 working days. An order of 5 bottles or less will cost £7.00 Postage. Your order will be posted the following day.

5) If you order has been damaged in transit please notify HB herbal product company Ltd within 3 working days of receipt. If we accidentally dispatch an incorrect item please return it to HB herbal product company Ltd, enclosing a copy of your invoice and receipt, we will offer a full refund or exchange and reimburse your postage. We cannot accept returned creams that have been opened or tampered with. All returns must be made within 14 days.

6)You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. For a full refund by email at wangherbal@gmail.com or by contacting +44 (0)1952259458. Refunds will be processed within 3 working days. If your order has been dispatched, within 28 days, unopened and in its original condition, upon receipt, we will be happy to give you a full refund for the item(s).

7) Overseas orders are dispatched by airmail, delivery will normally take between 5-21 days, depending on the country we are sending to. Each bottle has a delivery fee of £5.00. Please ensure that you input your delivery address clearly and correctly.

8) To be eligible to purchase HB herbal cream on this site and to lawfully enter into and form contracts on this site, under English law, you must be aged 18 or over, and registered on this site. You must also be the holder of a valid debit/credit card.
